This has been going on here for years now. Don't expect a change. Many neighbors have tried to stop it but no progress yet. The city can't or wont stop it. Very nice people, just don't know better or doesn't care.

This property has a monster truck hitching a cargo trailer with a camouflaged four wheeler on it and all of it on the front lawn. that is the picture of a hillbilly house. It is against the law for these vehicles to be parked where they are. no matter who or what you are. ILLEGAL why shouldn't everyone just park on everyone's lawn? It looks like crap and it is arrogant not ignorant. If you live in St Pete you sure should know the rules. If you can not obey the laws put into place then maybe this is not the city for you. If you do not like the laws go to city council and propose an amendment or move to a more lawn parking tolerable city!. MOVE THE VEHICLES!

I am not sure why the city has closed this issue when it continues on a weekly basis. maybe the city doesn't know how to enforce the law so they just close the code violation issue. The residents are very nice people but they don't think the law applies to them and maybe the city thinks so too since the best they can do is close the complaint. Very disappointing!!!
