Description

The curbs, median, and special pavestones on Tramway Blvd at this location give the APPEARANCE that this is a designated pedestrian crossing. It is very frequently used by pedestrians as a crosswalk. BUT, there are no signs or traffic pavement markings indicating a designated pedestrian crossing. Are pedestrians "jaywalking" or are drivers required to stop when there is someone in the zone? This ambiguity may someday result in a pedestrian injury or worse. "Issue Type" is "confusing lack of signs and pavement markings".
