Description

When driving westbound on Wade Road Extension, the traffic light at this intersection turns RED when there are no other vehicles present anywhere.

I frequently drive this road to my employment westbound at 4:00AM, and every time I reach this light, it is ALWAYS red, even when there are no vehicles driving south from Sparrowbush Road.
