Description

The entire area from mouth of the alley to the end of Dix street south side is on desperate need of care. All of this sits in the back and side of homeowners property. Pls take action and remedy the litter and repaid the overflow drain. Also please remove the shoes hanging on the wire in the 3900 block of Dix street, area closest to the Safeway.
