Description

Rental property adding a 2 car driveway surrounded by 4ft+ retaining stonewall. There is no driveway sidewalk cut in. Is there a varience requirement to do this work? What are the legal requirements for this work? I have an in ground pool very close to where the work is being done and im concerned about the shoddy and unlicensed work being done.
