Hello,
I use the following parking meter machine:

7300-4
4461049
On Nov 11 at 8:43 am I placed $1.00 cash in the machine but the machine did not print a parking ticket. I tried to cancel and get the money back out of the machine but that did not work. I lost the $1.00 in the machine. Can I get a refund please?
