This TRASH heap was relocated from 1000 92nd Ave & dumped here. These squatter-rats have been dumping on E Street & 92nd (The one way Alley) also for nearly two years. Thanks a lot City of Oakland for managing this problem. You have received MUCH assistance from the neighborhood and yet out has been a PAINFUL 2 years of TRASH, drug dealing, child abuse, prostitution by these illegal rat-squatters with NO ELECTRICITY or RUNNING WATER.

Our city doesn't care about our area,but they sure respond rapidly when they get a trash complaint from the nicer parts of Oakland. Shame!! We need leaders that care.
