The US Mailbox located on the Southwest corner of Oakmont and Horrocks streets has graffiti on all its labels, obscuring the pickup times and other information. Black ink was used to deface the labels with graffiti tags.

SeeClickFix was USELESS for resolving this issue. After weeks of waiting, I finally reported it using the Philly311 app. Within a week they resolved it, reporting each action every step of the way.
Based on this plus other stagnant SeeClickFix issues on my map, I have to conclude that this service has "jumped the shark." I will use the Philly311 app instead.
