Description

The smell from the We Care Compost Facility is so bad tonight, it has come INSIDE our home. This is beyond unacceptable. It's my son's 4th birthday, so we're having cake and smelling rotten decomposing food waste. The facility also rumbles my home all night since the loud fans run 24/7.
