Description
Sidewalk on State St. side of the house was opened up to do some work. Although it was back filled whom ever was responsible never completely sealed it back. Meaning, that the sidewalk was filled but no concrete was poured in order to re-seal it permanently. The city has been notified in the past but nothing has been done.

FYI: This problem has NOT been fixed as of yet. Could you guys please look into it again. I keep getting the run around when I directly call the city about this. It seems like no one wants to take responsibility for this. All my other issues have been resolved through the use of this service hopefully this one can also be fixed.
