water leak in front of apartments across the street from me, like a river and city says they can't fix until Monday, they failed to tell me that what ever they did to slow down the flow would mean that I would have no water until Monday. The fellow suggested to me that i should ask my neighbors for water at 10:30 at night. I AM NOT HAPPY!!
