Several tow trucks idle on Moyamensing Avenue near Carlisle Street all night long. They also idle at a parking lot across from this location at Oregon Avenue and Carlisle Street at various times during the night. Not only is it causing significant air pollution, but it is also noise pollution in the middle of the night.
