Note previous report alleging the owner claims this is a Florida native species yard. It is not, and no such claim has been made. It is xeriscaped; no water has been used to maintain this yard for almost 10 years.
That's how we like it. We know that people who prefer what we call the Scott's look - trimmed green grass, everything nicely manicured, don't care for this, but we get a lot of people who say "I LOVE your yard." So, chacun a son gout.
