A. Since the blizzard last winter the light regularly fails to detect traffic waiting to make a left turn from Webb St on to Bridge St. The size of the vehicle doesn't seem to matter, I've seen it ignore everything from a Yaris to a cement truck. Backing up Webb St and re-approaching the light seems to sometimes work. This is a major pain, and watching school buses forced to run a red in the morning is worrying.

Good morning, just wanted to add that the signal has been working great on my experience since you last worked on it, but this morning during the snow it seemed to be having trouble picking up waiting traffic again; ultimately after a couple minutes it seemed to pick up a turning car that took the turn very shallow.
