Thank you so much. I don't know if I made this happen or not, but the Graffiti is gone for now AT 128TH and Rosewood Dr in El Mirage..
I did find another spot at 128th and Aster in El Mirage on a side wall. Appreciate all the help you can give us. We want this neighborhood to stay CLEAN.
