In the Westville-West Hills area you can contact the LCI neighborhood specialist, Elaine Braffman, at 946-7835. A model public servant! Very responsive.
Graffiti Lover,
Scribbling your name on other people's property is as good as peeing on a hydrant.
We all love urban art but doesn't hand writing class get old for you?
Graffiti Lover-
That was someone else you were blogging with. However, judging from your ignorant comments you don't realize it was a gang tag to notify them about a house that drugs were sold in. *additional comments removed here for content
That was someone else I was blogging with?? I'm confused. Are you sure you know what 'blogging' means?
It "was a gang tag to notify them about a house that drugs were sold in."
Really? I always thought crackheads just knew their spots, but apparently they look for gang signs on utility boxes to know where to find drugs. Amazing!! John, ***other comments edited for content***

Please take your personal quibbling elsewhere. It is obnoxious and completely undermines the legitimacy of this site. Do everyone who seriously monitors this site a favor, and keep your comments on point. If you want to argue the legality of graffiti on private property or your love of urban art, that is fine, but do it on another site.

John,
Good point. Maybe you should have just left the graffiti.

John,
Read my name carefully. I'm not a graffiti writer. I'm living proof that you don't have to be one to appreciate it.
Oh yeah, and don't claim that you love urban art when all you want to do is cover it up and have graffiti writers arrested.
Nice try, though.

Westville Homeowner,
Sorry, I forgot that this was only the domain of landed gentry. I'll go back to tilling the fields now sire.
