Watch out here- this homeowner plows across a busy street and dumps the mess on a neighbor's lawn. Many of us use this road every day; it doesn't seem fair that this person can use public roads and sidewalks for their own.
The piles of snow, sand, and road junk could become a serious hazard for people walking too.
