Those things are all over new haven like a gypsy moth invasion. I go to pay my comcast bill there's a few of them , i tell the receptionist / bill collector she says who cares..Maybe somebody parks there or stopped there after purchasing 99% pure dope on Chapel Street and of course in broad daylight they shot up right there , probably stopped a passerby to assist them..Maybe this is not the drug of political choice as they sell crack at every other house on every street in this gentrified historic community
