Please be advised that the subject property is in violation of the Town's property maintenace ordinance and enforcement actions are underway. The property is under the manangement of BAC Field Services, a division of the Bank of America. Our office will provide an update when we have more information. Thank you for your concern and continued patience as we pursue corrective actions.

The Town of Enfield has been using SeeClickFix for about 2 months now and we are still working out some usability issues. I appreciate the feedback you provide as it goes a long way in helping us to improve our service offerings.

After speaking with the Director of Community Development, Peter Bryanton, I will be updating the "Blighted Property" SeeClickFix request type so that there will be no need to fill out the form on the Town's website. I should have this completed by the close of business, Friday, July 20, 2012.

For the text-color issue: I am not quite sure where you are seeing the dark text on a dark background. If it is from an email, could you please forward it to sstonge@enfield.org? I've seen some other display issues in system emails and am working with SeeClickFix to correct them. Your example would be helpful for me to have.

Violations confirmed. Notice issued. The Town is working with the owners to resolve all issues,

It has been over a month and we have yet to hear back from you regarding this property. The property is beyond an eye-sore at this point. Something needs to be done and fast. What makes it worse is that it is visable from the main road. Regardless of who owns the property the town needs to put a lien on the property and clean it themselves and then make the owner pay the lien before the property can be sold. I don't know how the neighbors can put up with it either. Please take action on this soon as it is unbelieveable that someone would let a property look like this. It's a reflection on the whole town.

Thank you for contacting our office. Since we have issued the Notice of Violation there has been work performed at this location. Brush was removed from the yard and the house has been secured. The bank is working to resolve the remaining issues. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

This is ridiculous....this how is still a mess. I guess the town has authority over anything. Why this has not been cleaned up by the town and a lien put on the property is beyond me. Absolute eye sore and brings the whole neighborhood and town down!!!!
