We had no pick up last week or this week for our alley pick up. I have two carts full and it's thanksgiving. I want my garbage collected. I pay for the service. I want someone from city services to call me and explain why we are being treated like this. I filed a report thru 311 last week already !

Our garbage has not been pick up since I first reported the problem with collection on November 20. It is now December 2 and we have two green monsters overflowing so I will have to put additional garbage in receptacles purchase at the hardware store. This is more than inconvenient, and that I now have two notices from city services saying my garbage has been picked up is aggravating and untrue. Who is in charge of this? Who is actually reading and following up on this issue?
