I was hoping someone would come by and clean up the asphalt chunks left by the damage. We are having to back up over it every time we leave our driveway. The chunks are spread out over 40 feet or so. Also, I would like these chunks to be cleaned up so they are not deposited in our grass when we have a snowfall and the plows push the snow up along the curb as they clear our court. When that happens I am forced to clean up the asphalt in the grass and then have to dispose of the debris. I would hope the city would understand this issue. Thank you, Mike.

The wind row of asphalt has been removed. I have looked at this and other courts and will come up with a plan for the spring, unfortunately there isn't much we can do to remedy this at this time. I look forward to fixing this issue more permanently next spring/summer. Thank you.

This issue remains "open" and the spring/summer time frame has come and gone. I ask that the city please come and fix the damage to the street at the end of my driveway. At this time a type of gravel is in the pothole, not a solid material. Mike

The City has made plans to replace to some extent some or all portions of the bituminous surface and maybe some of the under ground utilities. These are in the planning stages now. Thank you for your patients.
