Causing rats in my yard and trash on my lawn daily - I want proof that 7000 51st ave n has the right to live there, if they do, then the landlord needs to care care of them dumping the entire household and all of their trash on this property... if not - they need to be evicted!!!!! ASAP!!!

This needs to be taken care of. Its dangerous and dirty.

OK, I need help with this - I know for a FACT that 7000 51st ave n dumped all of the garbage and furniture there. The family that used to live there just picked up and left due to the new kinds of ppl moving into the neighborhood. All of the furniture was once in the house of 7000 51st ave n. the new tenants dumped it ALL there right next door to my house. I previously reported them for having all of the trash and furniture in their drive and using their neighbors garbage pick up illegally.(which if they'er gonna do that why don't they just dump it all in there?) I reported that also. Right after that, they dumped everything next door to me in the abandoned house which is bank owned. They knew I reported them for doing so and came to my house with death threats and also saying they will dump their trash where-ever they want. Had to call the police. This situation is completely out of control!!!!! By now, the house is practically emptied of prior owners furniture. If we can find Mr.Pham, then we can confirm everything I just said, as it was his furniture. Plus all of their EBT receipts are coming onto my lawn from the garbage bags dumped over there as well. I can provide pics of couches and mattresses that were in their drive and now are on next doors property!!! PLEASE HELP US IN THIS ONCE BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD, which is now being turned up side down because of these kinds of ppl!!!
