Maybe the police Dept should set up surveillance on that block every night for a $30 parking ticket. I bet if the police start ticketing every single parking complaint (to close to corners,stop signs and hydrants), then people will complain they are being unfair and picking on them. I'd rather the town just painting new lines and yellow prohibited areas. That would be a start
