I received a response from the Superintendent......the timers have been reset and all should be back to normal tonight. Hope that helps

Thank you for your quick response Arthur. We sort of keep an eye on the school. Without the lights the kids that hang there all hours of the night would have a field day there and I'd hate to see them destroy the school. A better police presence would help,it worked great last summer. The police showed up several times a night and the kids got the message
