This is a really busy street, but it's become an open sore. Is it really necessary to photograph and complain about each and every pile of debris before someone notices enough to take it away? All up and down San Leandro Street there are big piles of garbage - surely I'm not the only one that notices. The side streets, okay, maybe nobody in authority ever goes there, but this is a major artery - can't we at least keep the big streets clean?

Apparently Fed Up - the COO is unflinching in their policy of only picking up one reported pile at a time and in the order reported even if that cost taxpayers considerably more and burns far more fossil rules as they drive around in circles. We are to spend on time uncompensated - no living wages here - and do their job for them in reporting as otherwise they will just not do it.
