cars are constanlly blocking the intersection and you just sit through green lights so the ones coming out from Lakeview Ave the light turns green and the other cars on the VFW have all ready blocked the intersection so you cannot go when it is your turn. then others proceed to block the other direction trying to get in when the light is green. need to adjust the timing some how with the ones on Bridge street
