Description

There is ongoing construction on the corner of 1st and Hewitt, exactly where my building is located. For the first time ever, since it started months ago, I am awakened to exceedingly loud and obnoxious construction noises at 3:45 am as I type this. This is so unacceptable! Please have construction limited to at 10pm finish and should not start until 7am.
