Location of toilet should be item on permit to choose least public view and/or to neighbors. These toilets are not locked or attended.
They attract transient use at night and off hours or days and could easily be located in the conspicuous location while still allowing construction workers relief breaks. Thank you for consideration to make St. Petersburg clean, safe and beautiful even during construction.
