Description
My husband leaves for work before 6AM and has to sit at this light for 5 minutes before it changes to green. Is it possible to change it to blinking red before 6AM? He is coming from Rocky Hill Rd. As it switches to Amity St. with UMass on his left. This is my Christmas present effort for him. :)

Mary,
We are currently in the process of evaluating traffic camera control systems for the traffic light controls in town. These would allow the light pattern to alter based on traffic flow. We are hoping to see these changes be made in the upcoming years...
As for "right now" alterations, we, unfortunately, cannot just alter light patterns at will. There is a formal process involving town management meetings, traffic flow studies, and so forth, that are needed in order to effect a change.
What a wonderful idea for a Christmas gift, though! I'm sorry we cannot be of more assistance to you at this time.
