I saw a woman catch her shoe on the raised edge of sidewalk next to the abandoned Social Security building. She fell hard, tore a glove, banged her knees. She might have been hurt worse if it weren't for her bulky winter coat. This gap was previously spray painted red but that has largely faded and was completely hidden in the shade of a tree. As more people visit this area, more will be hurt and a lawsuit is likely.
