Well, the people are gone, but the property continues to wreak havoc on the surrounding neighborhood. Property was built completely illegally -- no permits, not up to code, etc. (THANKS, L & I !!!). Even built with improper drainage so should be a good source of West Nile virus this summer! What a great addition to our neighborhood...why does the city aid and abet corrupt and inept development?
