The Vector Control Division of the Madison County Health Department inspected the pond on 12/15/15 and it was not breeding mosquitoes at that time. Community Development’s Inspector has checked this property and will be notifying the owner(s) / occupant(s) that they are in violation of the City's Minimum Housing Standards, Fence Ordinance, Swimming Pool Ordinance and also the Junk, Litter and Inoperable Vehicle Ordinance.
