We have a small orange tabby (me and my neighbors think it's a female, tho) roaming our neighborhood (Cherry St., Spencer St. area). No harness, tags, etc. She is very friendly and tolerates being held very well. She's been around for a few months now. No one seems to own her in our immediate area.
