Description

There is an intersection at Bryant St. and Eastern ave. When approaching Eastern Ave from Bryant street (car wash on the left) the lights that control the intersection creates confusion. The lights that signal Bryant street traffic that it is OK to either turn left of right on to Eastern Ave are green arrows which are supposed to mean a "protected left or right turn" however the light that signals that is it OK to continue straight across Eastern Ave is a solid green light. When one side of the intersection see a protected turn signal they believe can proceed free of oncoming traffic however the way the lights are setup this isn't the case.
