First reported 10-22-2015 to Sanitation: The city dumpster is located on the city street/sidewalk easement on Emerson Ave S. With the wind, overflow is blown into the front yard of private property, please note rodents have been observed in and around the dumpster during the evening and night hours. It is unsightly to residential home owners and morning pickups are noisy and intrusive to home owners enjoying their porch for morning coffee. This commercial dumpster should be located in the alley, the same as residential trash containers.
