Sorry. The stolen bicycle business is very prolific in the Downtown area. A lot of Yalies use bikes, and there are professionals who cruise around in large vans. When they see something they like they stop the van,, quickly loose the bike and put it in and voila.. they sell it. There are other smaller groups and individuals who will grab a nice bike. You might be new around here and didn't know to be careful about leaving it. It's a great bike find. Did you report it to the police?
