Description
This applies to all units on a multi-family property that has been divided into 4 rental units (401 Monterey Blvd NE, 403 Monterey Blvd NE, 405 Monterey Blvd NE, 407 Monterey Blvd NE).
The following maintenance standards are not in compliance:
1. Rotted wood stairs and fence (back of property)
2. Windows do not operate properly, do not stay open, can't be locked.
3. Lights do not work on the driveway of the property and stairs.
4. Laundry room in the middle of the units is always filthy. Roaches everywhere. Laundry bathroom is out of order.
Landlord fails to acknowledge and make the corresponding repairs.
