Light sequencing has not changed except at Bowman and Chenal due to excessive traffic volumes between 9am and 4 pm. That change will revert back to normal after Christmas shopping is over. All other traffic congestion issues are due to increased shopping traffic which can't be handled by the existing roadway system.
