It appears that there was a red tide bloom over the weekend in these areas and around Isle of Palms (per reports). Red Tide can show as brown in color. Dead fish can be disposed of in plastic bags and placed in garbage cans or by the road for trash pick up. The FWC has a web page specifically for red tide information. http://myfwc.com/research/redtide
Public Works will report these latest bloom locations to the FWC.
