While we are fully in support of the installed speed bumps, the amazing amount (and consistency) of screeching from car brakes is disturbing and frightening. It is clear that drivers don't see the signage announcing the bumps and suddenly slam on their brakes as they pass over the bumps. The speed bumps were originally painted with some white arrows that were moderately effective but now the paint is worn away. Is there any way to repaint the speed bumps, perhaps in a yellow color, that really alerts drivers to their existence?
