Also he has a white metal rusty pole sticking out of the ground on the easement to support his plants-I tripped over one of the plants on the easement as I was trying to get on the sidewalk while holding my 7 month old. That would have been bad if we fell on that pole or even tripping over the plant with my baby... This is a major hazard
Here is another picture of the fence that was built without a permit and the pole sticking out of a plant on the easement.. seems like it is hidden for the fact of someone potentially falling and getting injured on it.
