Description

Olivia is the only street in the neighborhood not fixed in the last several years. It is dangerous for bikes and axels, causes southbound traffic to dive down the wrong side of the street!

Thanks. That is exactly what is needed - resurfacing. After a few holes patched, it's still terrible and will worsen with each freeze and thaw.
