Several houses on Prospect Ave, and the block on Ocean Ave between Prospect & Grove have LOTS of ice on their sidewalks and built up snow since they have not shoveled the past several storms.Also one house on the top of Prospect drains all their water through a pipe onto the sidewalk so there is aways ice. This means you need to walk in the middle of the street, which is not safe!
