Wrong address, property located at 193 s. torn ranch, close out

Has this issue been resolved?

I could go on all day with this stuff......... who knows if it was resolved, never hear about follow up or request completed. another one from 3 yrs ago, the whole city is like this, ohhhhhhhh but not alberhill nor up in the hills by sumner or mcvicker. the city is basically 3 cities, new, newer, and old stuck in the 50s.

I've had to walk in the street to avoid poking out an eye. This is only one example in the neighborhood. I hope Code enforcement can drive around a bit and notify other offending residents to remove their walkway hazards. It would be a shame (and a potential homeowner liability) to have someone injured by hanging branches or basketball hoops blocking walkways. Thanks!

There should definitely be a code enforced for residents to make sure hedges and trees are not blocking anything of any sorts. Trees hanging over telephone wires included. If they can't be taken care of properly they should enforce definite clean up continuously or removal. Also I keep seeing signs how Palm trees are preserved trees by the city. City should be responsible to clean up all these palm trees in Lake Elsinore.

THE CITY BUDGET IS NOT BIG FOR THE TREE DEPARTMENT. IT IS SUBCONTRACTED TO AROUND 150K A YEAR TO ONE VENDER AND PROB 50K TO ANOTHER FOR POWER LINE CLEARANCE. EMAIL ALL THE COUNCIL MEMBERS AND ESPECIALLY THE ONE IN OUR TERRA COTTA DISTRICT TO MAKE SERVICE REQUESTS TO GET TREES DONE. ANY TREE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY IS HANDLED BY THE OWNERS AND SHOULD TAKEN A PICTURE OF AND SENT TO CODE ENFORCEMENT AND PUBLIC WORKS DEPT.
