Since The City of Oakland answer to the spray vandalism epidemic is to sic code enforcement on these business owners. Business owner would have to repaint there buildings daily since Oakland seems not to enforce the law.
Unfortunately (for us) this building owner has reacted to the epidemic of spray vandalism by deciding to NEVER paint it out. If they made some effort we wouldn't have the massive amount of "leakage" onto other properties.
Code enforcement needs to cite them and fine them if they will not clean it up. If OPD ever catches these vandals they should fine them (heavily) and make them do massive amounts of community service.
I do not how long is been but the photo show the owners have tried to repeatedly cover this crap up. As far community service for these vandals I vote for life sentences minimum.

We only wish it was the owners covering this crap up... If you look at the colors of what was painted, it's the standard colors used by Oakland's remaining graffiti crew. It's only been buffed because CleanJingletown has gotten after them and knows who to contact on graffiti control.
OPW has been buffing the tags but hasn't for a month. According to the tenant, the owner does not want to spend money on covering the tags, even if it's just for paint & letting the tenant do the labor. This style of ownership empower staggers to take over a neighborhood. BUT, NOT IN MINE!
