City trash and recycling services are available for 6 units or less. Any location with more than 6, must contract with a private hauler to pick up the trash. Private hauler would supply bin for pick up.

these are separate homes but owned by the same company so I believe the city is still on the hook for them
i believe each has 4 apts

If so, landlord must give us a call (203) 946-7700 to request replacement and/or additional toters. We have original serial numbers on toters and will need to request new ones and track serial numbers.

Public Works and LCI should put pressure on Pike to take responsibility for these properties. The area is always filthy!

pike int'l have hundreds of properties band just don't care LCI needs to go after them and fine or attach their properties till they comply their tenants say they never fix things or clean things its on you guys LCI and public works and city hall
