Description
The new light at Leesville and Norwood Rd intersection is much too long, with a cycle lasting 5 minutes, it is causing major traffic backups down Norwood beyond the Ray Rd. intersection, that did not exist prior to the cycle length change. I know, as I've been using this route every morning for 4 years when taking my child too school and now must add another 15 minutes onto what was already a 25 minute commute. Today, as I waited on Leesville to turn left into the school at 2:42pm, the 5-minute light proved to be too long for the truck behind me -- he pulled around me, went straight, turned around and made a right into the school. Please change the light back to what seems to be the standard elsewhere in Raleigh (2-minutes).
