I was fortunate enough to hear from the investigator at 305-375-1831 within 24 hours of this listing and was told I would be contacted by another department to clarify the process/issue and that would take 3-4 days. I have yet to hear back, and again find myself in the unfortunate position of no return calls, follow-up or follow-through. Can any direction be provided as how best to proceed and find resolution?

Yes! Resolution. We have finally received compensation for the damage and claim made as a result of the pothole. Absolutely terrific were Ms. Linda Mosely of the County , Mr. Frank Gomez at the City of Miami Department of Risk Management, and last but not least Stanley Santaniello (and his assistant Joyce) of the Doan Group. Truly a group effort, but as mentioned we finally have resolution and closure. Whew!
