45 seconds. I counted today. To wait for two cars to go and then nothing. There is much more traffic going down 2nd street then there is Lapham Blv., but the red light letting the Lapham traffic go lasts 45 seconds every time, no matter what. There ends up being a line of a dozen cars, probably coming from Rockwell, and then they all have to race to get though the green before the next 45 seconds of waiting for nothing. People are speeding, trying to get through it and the next block is a school zone. This light should be triggered or the timing should be reversed. I can see 20 seconds tops to let the 0 to 2 cars go by, and even that would be excessive. MILWAUKEE, FIX THIS, ITS DANGEROUS AND UNNECESSARY.
