Description

This is one street with two names. The NYC side is Hook Creek. The Nassau side is Ocean Ave. The Hook Creek side between Elmont Rd and Merrick Blvd is rough and has pot holes throughout its length. The Ocean Ave side is somewhat better. However the road never gets fixed in its entirety due to the mixed responsibility. The middle of the road is always a problem as it is no man's land.
